Because every piece is made to order and personalized just for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom artwork.
If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order.
You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by destination. Once your order is complete and shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
For the most accurate delivery estimate, refer to your tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Most orders are shipped via USPS.
Upgraded priority shipping is also available at checkout if you need it sooner.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear it — that's not the experience we want you to have.
Send us a photo of the damage within 2 weeks of receiving your order and we'll get a replacement out to you right away.
ORDERING & CUSTOMIZATION
How do I provide my personalization details?
All personalization is selected from the options provided in your listing — each detail has a specific code, such as H113 for hair style and color, or D14 for dress style and color. Vague descriptions like "blonde hair" or "blue dress" won't give us enough to work from. Visit our How to Order page for a full walkthrough of how to find and submit your codes at checkout.
Can I send a photo instead?
Yes. If you'd like your illustration created directly from a reference photo, our Fully Customized Order is the right option for you.
Can I request a size that isn't listed?
We offer standard US sizes from 4x6 to 11x14 inches.
If you need something outside that range, reach out before ordering and we'll let you know what's possible.
What days are you open?
We're open Monday through Friday. Orders and messages received over the weekend will be responded to at the start of the following week.

What can I use my digital download for?
Your files are licensed for personal use only.
This includes printing for yourself, framing, and gifting.
Commercial use, resale, or redistribution of any kind is not permitted.
What file format will I receive?
You'll receive a high-resolution JPG file, ready to print at home or through any local or online print service.
Can I print my digital download as many times as I want?
Yes, for personal use.
Print it, frame it, gift it — as many times as you need for yourself and your household.
