RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do you accept returns or offer refunds? Because every piece is made to order and personalized just for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom artwork. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. All orders are shipped via USPS. Upgraded priority shipping is available at checkout if you need it sooner.
How long does shipping take? Shipping times vary by destination. Once your order is complete and shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. For the most accurate delivery estimate, refer to your tracking information.
When will I receive my proof? Your digital proof will be sent to your email within 3 business days of placing your order. From there you'll have one week to request any changes. If we don't hear back within that window, the order will be considered approved and we'll move forward with production.
What if my order arrives damaged? We're sorry to hear it — that's not the experience we want you to have. Send us a photo of the damage within 2 weeks of receiving your order and we'll get a replacement out to you right away.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
What can I use my digital download for? Your files are licensed for personal use only. This includes printing for yourself, framing, and gifting. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution of any kind is not permitted.
What file format will I receive? You'll receive a high-resolution JPG file, ready to print at home or through any local or online print service.
Can I print my digital download as many times as I want? Yes, for personal use. Print it, frame it, gift it — as many times as you need for yourself and your household.
ORDERING & CUSTOMIZATION
Can I send a photo to base my order off of? Yes. If you'd like your illustration created directly from a reference photo, our Fully Customized Order is the right option for you. It includes everything you need to submit your photo and personalization details in one place.
Can I request a size that isn't listed? We offer standard US sizes from 4x6 to 11x14 inches. If you need something outside that range, reach out before ordering and we'll let you know what's possible.
How do I provide my personalization details? Add your details at checkout — skin tone, hairstyle, outfit style, accessories, and any custom text. The more specific you are, the more accurate your illustration will be. If you're unsure, leave a note and we'll follow up.
What days are you open? We're open Monday through Friday. Orders and messages received over the weekend will be responded to at the start of the following week.
